Challenging Winter to Lead to us Coming Together

President’s Message March 2023
Thank you for renewing your membership. This has been and still is a challenging winter. While it’s true that the weather has been challenging for grape growers in Nevada, I believe that our community has the resilience and determination to overcome these obstacles. As we move into the second quarter of the year, I am excited to announce that we have several events planned to engage our members and sponsors.

On going currently Kathie Russell is teaching a course at TMCC on grape growing in Nevada and culminating with a Vineyard tour on April 1. You’re all welcome to attend. Participants can see firsthand the effects of the winter weather on our grapevines and learn about the techniques we use to protect them. We will also be holding a tasting event on April 12th where members can get together to just socializes and enjoy a few sips of wine.

In addition to these events, we are also working on several educational programs and networking opportunities for our members. We understand that it can be difficult to stay motivated during times of adversity, but we believe that by coming together and supporting one another, we can achieve great things.

Thank you for your continued support, and I look forward to seeing you all at our upcoming events.

Very Respectfully,
Adrian Dyette
