Please use this form to submit your vineyard inventory. If you have more than ten varieties or a second vineyard in another location submit more than one form. Provide the approximate year planted for each line (if they were planted about the same time use the year when most were planted, or if there is a big difference use a second line). For productivity use your judgement (if a vine gives only few grapes low, if a quarter bucket or so then maybe medium, and if half a bucket maybe high). Add notes or explanations at the bottom of the form.
