Vineyard Bio
Planting began in 2013, and continues into Spring 2021.  We now have over 1000 vines in the ground.  Yield in 2019 was 1,970 pounds, yield in 2020 was 1,860 pounds.  Prognosis for 2021 is for more.  65% production is white wine, 35% production is for Rose  / Red wine.  Vineyards are sustainably farmed and we use no pesticides or herbicides.  We use no pumps in the winery, and only rack and move wine with gravity.  All wine is bottled under a blanket of Nitrogen and / or Carbon Dioxide.
